Sustaining financial support, in the form of annual private sponsorships will be solicited from private corporations, universities and other organizations that will benefit from growth in the defense technology industry.

The initial phase of fundraising will focus on organizations that financed the BRAC-specific phase of MassDTI. Such “Founding” contributions will be requested for 2 year commitments relative to the contributions made for the BRAC operations. Contributions will also be sought from new organizations, with revenue-based sponsorships according to a schedule similar to that used for MHTC annual dues.

MHTC members will receive a discount off of the MassDTI annual support schedule.

Financial support will also be sought from relevant grant programs or private contributions to support specific research or other activities. Revenue will also be generated from the operation of conferences or workshops consistent with the MassDTI mission.
